Dr. Lalia Rach presents: Transforming Meetings: How to navigate your career and your events through the new meetings landscape

Session Info:
We're finally entering the final stage of a game-changing global recession. So how do we move forward from here? What lasting affect does the recession have on your clients, your organization, your career?

How have your loyal clients changed? Are they slower to buy? Changed their expectations and definition of quality? Are you trying to serve a 21st century client with a 20th century strategy? Do you continue to lead out of habit and tradition? Are you adapting or still believing in conventional wisdom? Do you understand the time for passivity is over?

The recession may be over but the questions have just begun. In her fast paced, informative manner, Dr. Rach will test your thinking and suggest new approaches that will be useful in meeting the challenges of the months ahead.
